Hi Mrs. Martin. My name is Natalie Davis and I am very interested in JMU. I have visited other colleges but I know that JMU is the one for me. I have many friends who go to JMU and who will be Freshman for the Fall 2006. I am hoping to be a member of the Freshman class for the Fall 2007. I will be visiting JMU in September and I am looking forward to meeting you!!

i have been looking into going to JMU since my freshmen year in high school and i and now a senior. i have visited the campus and i am now preparing to apply for early acceptance. if you have any tips i would really appreciate them!

AMANDA: I encourage you to review your senior schedule to make sure you are in the courses you feel are more challenging for your high school’s curriculum, grades in core courses are important and testing outcomes. Several criteria are factors in our decision. Ultimately, JMU looks for well-rounded students.

Hello Mrs. Martin, My name is Ann Nottingham and I am interested in attending JMU. With my senior year arriving, I have been visiting colleges throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. However, after touring JMU’s campus I feel that it would be the perfect school for me. I am also very interested in JMU’s nursing program and would love to learn more about it. I am scheduled to visit again in September and I do plan on applying early action to JMU. Thank you for all of your help!
